Sign Up for OHRD Workshops: Workshops specially designed to meet the needs of faculty and staff.

Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Washington, DC, the National Coalition Building Institute (NCBI) is a nonprofit leadership training organization working to end prejudice and conflict in communities throughout the world. NCBI is dedicated to ending the mistreatment of every group, whether it stems from nationality, race, class, gender, religion, sexual orientation, age physical ability, job, or life circumstance.

There are NCBI Campus Affiliates on 65 college campuses across the United States and Europe.
