Sign Up for OHRD Workshops: Workshops specially designed to meet the needs of faculty and staff.

The National Coalition Building Institute (NCBI) Campus Affiliate at The Ohio State University is part of the Office of Student Affairs. It is a community building and leadership development organization made up of faculty, staff and students. Since March 2000, our organization has worked to eliminate prejudice and inter-group conflict, and build relationships through the teaching of practical, bridge-building skills.
